These Tandoori Lamb Chops turned out so tender and delicious cooked in the Air Fryer. I usually do the Tandoori chicken but the lamb is so delicious. Lamb can be a bit expensive in supermarkets so I recommend your local halal butcher or meat market to get a good price

Tandoori Marinade

Ingredients all
450g Iamb chops
1 tsp tandoori curry powder
1 tsp cumin 1 tsp gram masala
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 cup chopped coriander
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
100m1 plain yogurt
Red food coloring (optional) Salt and pepper Garlic oil (optional)
1 lime

For the condiments
1 lemon
1 lime
1/4 cup mint
1/4 cup coriander
1/2 cucumber 🥒
1 onion
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
1 banana
1/4 cup yogurt

In a bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well Coat each Iamb chop with a generous cover and marinate them for at least 2 hours up to 24 hours for deep marination.

Preheat the air fryer. Spray oil in the air fryer basket and lay the chops in a single layer, leaving some room for the chips making sure not to overlap the meat. and air fry it at 175° for 15 minutes 25 if you like your chops well done or to your preferred liking ( I like mine well-done) When the chops are cooked, remove them from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes

I made my own chips and they cook so well in the air fryer. Just chop them and add them to boiling water for 7 minutes then strain to dry off and add them in with the chips so it’s all cooked at the same time.
